2. How Your Data is Stored

Any data generated by PULSE140 (such as your high score) is stored locally on your device using iOS's built-in storage mechanisms.

This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

3. No Account or Registration Required

PULSE140 does not require you to create an account, register, or provide any personal information. You can start playing immediately after installation.

4. Offline Functionality

The App works completely offline and does not require an internet connection. No data is synchronized to the cloud or transmitted over the internet during normal operation.

5. Data Backup

Because all data is stored locally on your device, your data may be included in device backups if you use:

iCloud Backup
iTunes/Finder backup
Other device backup solutions

These backups are controlled by Apple and your iOS device settings, not by PULSE140. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information about how backup data is handled.

6. Data Security

While we do not collect or transmit your data, you are responsible for securing your device. We recommend:

Using device passcodes, Face ID, or Touch ID
Keeping your iOS software up to date
Enabling device encryption (enabled by default on modern iOS devices)

7. Children's Privacy

PULSE140 does not collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App can be used by anyone without providing personal information.

8. Third-Party Services

PULSE140 does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks. There are no third parties that have access to your data through the App.

9. Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all data stored by the App
There is no data stored on our servers to delete

10. App Store Privacy Information

When you download PULSE140 from the Apple App Store, Apple may collect information about the download. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information about data collection by the App Store.
